WisdomKing.com uses the latest Internet encryption technology to encode
your data during transmission, so using your credit card is safe. Every
credit card purchase you make at WisdomKing is backed by the WisdomKing.com
100% Safe Shopping Guarantee. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized
charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at WisdomKing.com

Order Problems
I can't add items to the shopping cart and/or create an account. Where is the problem?
Your browser have disabled "cookies" and you won't be able to use our shopping cart. If you wish to fix the problem please do the following:
If your browser is Microsoft's Internet Explorer:
1. Click on "tools" (the button on the top of your browser)
2. Pick "Internet Options"
3. Pick tub "privacy". You will see a switch there and if you slide it up and down you will see different choices as "block all cookies", "high", "medium high", "medium", "low" and "accept all cookies". Please slide the switch to "MEDIUM" position and click OK to accept.
If your browser is Netscape:
1. Go to EDIT and pick on "Preferences"
2. In the menu Categories pick option "Privacy and Security". Click on "Cookies". Make sure cookies are NOT DISABLED.

Shopping
How do I find what I'm looking to buy?
There are countless products to discover and buy at WisdomKing.com. There
are two main ways to find them: searching and browsing.
Searching: If you know what you want, the fastest way to find it
is to do a search. Just type in the brand name, product description, or
other keyword into the Search box on the right top side of every WisdomKing
page, click the Go button, and you're on your way. See
How to order for more details on the purchasing process.
You also can search for products by Brand name from the drop down menu
on the left panel.
Browsing: If you don't know exactly what you are looking for, just
browse through our five departments that appear as tabs near the top of
each page. As you look at different pages, you can build a list of items
you are interested in by adding items to your personal Favorites list
(Note: you have to Login first in order to get a Favorites list).
You add items to your Favorites list by clicking the "Save to Favorites
list" button on the item's description page. Items will remain in
your List until you choose to remove them, even after you purchase them
(Note: Items that you purchased once will be automatically added to
your Favorites list).

How does the order process work?
As you decide which items you want to purchase during your current visit
to WisdomKing.com, add them to your Shopping cart. The order process begins
when you press the Checkout button on your Shopping cart page. Once you
have placed your first order at WisdomKing.com your personal information
will be on file, so you will not have to re-enter this information each
time you place an order. You will still have the option of changing your
personal information when going to Your account page or with your next
order.

How do I keep track of my items while shopping?
For your convenience a short version of your Shopping cart will appear
on the left pannel of any WisdomKing.com page. For more information you
can click on the "Shopping cart" button. You can easily remove
items or change quantities there.

Accounts
Do I have to set up an account?
You can always browse the WisdomKing.com site without registering. However,
setting up an account with WisdomKing.com allows you to make purchases,
and take full advantage of our services and information. It's a fast,
easy, confidential process that only takes a minute or two.

Prescriptions
How do I buy prescription items at WisdomKing.com?
Some items (marked by RX sign) by law cannot be sold without a doctor's
prescription.
Patients: When you put this type of item in your Shopping cart you will
be advised how to provide your prescription to WisdomKing.com, so we can
process your order. If you have a prescription on paper, you can mail
or fax it to us. Or if you prefer we can contact your doctor for you.
We'll verify your prescription as necessary and will process your order.
Professionals: Professionals can purchase prescription items after submitting
the necessary information as: business ID number, license number etc.

Can I buy a prescription item for another person?
Yes, you can use your account to buy a prescription item for another
member of your family if you properly enter the information about the
patient when prompted to do so.

Professionals only items
Due to Federal and/or State regulations or manufacturers restrictions
some items (marked by an RX sign) could be sold only to professionals.
When you put this type of item(s) in your Shopping cart for the first
time, the system will prompt you to submit information as: business ID,
license number etc. Submitted information will be saved in your personal
information file, so you won't need to enter it again and again with your
next purchases. You will be able to update it at any time later by just going
to Your account page. For more information go to
Items sold to professionals only page.
Patients could also buy RX items if they hold doctor's prescription.
The system will advise you on how to provide your prescription to WisdomKing.com
once an RX item is put in your Shopping cart.

Shipping & Tracking Orders
How are items shipped?
Orders may be shipped ground, overnight or second day. We use UPS or
U.S. Postal Service. See Shipping page for more information
and charges.
Can people outside the US order from WisdomKing.com?
Due to product warranty issues, manufacturers restrictions, shipping and customs condition which vary from country to country, at this time, we can ship to street addresses within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only. However, depending on the product and the country, international delivery could be arranged.
Please send your request to customerservice@wisdomking.com and we will contact you with information about possibility and delivery conditions.

Can I ship items to a different address than my
own?
Yes. On the Checkout page, enter the address where you'd like items to
be shipped under "Shipping Address." Shipping charges and sales tax (if
applicable) will be based upon that address.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by going to Order
status page (under My Account). If your order is still open, that
means we are still processing it. If an invoice was issued, that means
your order was shipped already. From the invoice details (by just clicking
on the number) you can see if all items were shipped or some were back-ordered.
You can also cancel back-ordered items (if you wish so) by just clicking
on the cancel button that appears next to the back-ordered item. For more

Payment
What are my payment options?
All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. WisdomKing.com accepts
on-line payments (credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover) and off-line payments (personal checks or money orders denominated
in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank). Checks must also have a valid
nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located along the bottom.
WisdomKing.com does not bill third parties, in other words we do not accept any private insurance plan, Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-cal). WisdomKing.com accepts cash only.

Does WisdomKing.com charge sales tax?
Only on items shipped to California addresses (7.75%), unless the product(s)
is(are) purchased for resale and your business holds a valid California
Seller's Permit or your facility is sales tax exempt (charity organizations,
government bodies, etc.) and you hold a valid Certificate of Exempt Status.
You will receive instructions on how to provide a copy of your resale or except
status certificate during the ordering procedure.
When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is not charged until items are being shipped to you.

Returns
Can I return items for a refund?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase
for any reason, you can simply return the product to us within 30 days
of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges are
not refundable. See Returns for more information.

Order Cancellation
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, including temporally out of stock products (back orders) it could be canceled without any fees.
Custom made products, which need time to be built, could also be canceled before being shipped, however a cancellation fee of up to 25% might be charged.
